Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower
Air fried cauliflower smothered in a delicious buffalo sauce made with Nashville Hot SeasoningMakes: 4 servingsActive Time: 10 minutesTotal Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⅔ tablespoons Nashville Hot Seasoning, divided (1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons)
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cauliflower florets
1 tablespoon
Roasted Garlic Infused Oil- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing, optional
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Transfer cauliflower to bag; set bowl aside. Seal well; shake to coat. Remove cauliflower and place in air fryer basket or on rack in second position in air fryer. Air fry 15-17 minutes, turning over halfway, or until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, in same bowl, whisk together cheese, butter and remaining 2 teaspoons Nashville Hot Seasoning. Carefully add hot cauliflower to bowl; toss to coat well.
- Serve cauliflower with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
